SHIPPING

Kharisma Ra uses Australia Post unless otherwise stated or requester. Items are posted within 1-5 business days from purchase. 'Made-to-order' items will require 1-14 days from purchase, unless otherwise stated in item description. All orders are shipped with tracking unless otherwise stated.
* Please note that we will send to all countries but not all countries have tracking facilities at a resonable price, however, we will add tracking to all major destinations.
Within Australia: Regular Post Australia wide is usually delivered in 4-7 business days.
International: Using Australia Post - delivered in 3-15 business days for major cities - may be longer if shipping to other areas.
Combined shipping on multiple purchases, items need to be purchased in the same check-out.
Please note that Kharisma Ra cannot be held responsible for any postage delays after being shipped, if you require proof of lodgement, please contact.
Kharisma RA also cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or any customs fees that may be payable in your country. However, if there are any problems we will try to do all that is possible to help, please contact if necessary.
If you require express shipping or any other special shipping methods, please contact us before purchase.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES

REFUNDS:
Refunds are not accepted unless item has been grossly misrepresented. If you believe your item to have been misrepresented, please contact, using the contact tab, to discuss further.
EXCHANGES:
If you think your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me (within 24 hours of receiving item) with photos of proof and we may be able to work out an exchange for similar item valued at the same price. Customer must pay any extra shipping charges incurred in the process unless otherwise stated.
No exchanges on 'change of mind' or sizes, please read all information before purchase or contact us for more info before purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders will require payment within a deadline, if not paid by deadline, piece will go up for sale either online or in the real world market. Customers need also understand that custom orders of one of a kind handmade pieces may vary, so please be flexible and understand of the outcome (although kharisma RA will work to try and make item to the best quality possible.)
