Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee, and no refunds will be provided. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. You can reschedule directly through the booking link provided in your confirmation email. Session Expiration: All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions will expire, and no refunds will be issued. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have an unexpected situation that prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Communication: Please ensure that we have your current contact information. All session reminders and important updates will be sent via email or text.
